What we collect

Account details (name, email, a salted bcrypt hash of your password), project configuration, usage counters such as connection and room counts, and billing status. Payment details are handled by Dodo Payments and never stored by NetStack.

Game data

Player and room properties your game stores through NetStack belong to you. We process them only to operate the service.

How we use it

To run the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a project removes its configuration and stored properties. To delete your account, contact us.
