Terms of Service

By creating a NetStack account you agree to these terms. NetStack Cloud is a hosted multiplayer backend provided as-is to game developers.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and project API keys secret and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use NetStack to attack other systems, distribute malware, send spam, or run workloads that violate applicable law. We may suspend projects that threaten the stability or security of the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits apply to concurrent players, projects and rooms as described on the pricing page.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability except where a written SLA applies to your plan.

Termination

You can delete your projects at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
